You quote with the Jelly beans, where does it come from? I remember saying that with my friends in highschool and I thought we made it up... it must come from something if you know it too.
Nope we said the same thing back in the day. My freshman year was in 1996-1997 Wooster High in Reno, NV. Me and my friends Marci and Rhea used to use that all the time.
I wonder what the origin was? Weird. Maybe it was on some TV show at the time? Dunno...
I didn't hear it till grade 12, which was 2003 for me. so it wasn't popculture at both times. so either my friend's are fans of the oldies as far as TV goes, or somehow your phrase found it's way far north XD
